• What is the language selection in my shopping cart?

In your shopping cart page, you can select your preferred language for the web page display. Please be advised this setting is NOT for the product language version you prefer to purchase.




• Do you have any discount for upgrade purchase?

Yes we do. Please visit our upgrade page to see if there is any upgrade patch for free download.

For a paid upgrade, you need to login your member account to see the special upgrade offer for your product. Please be advised that you need to first register your product in your member account.

• When will I receive my product?

For download version, you will receive the product information by email after the payment transaction is completed.

For box version (including the backup CD), the product will be sent to your address within 14 working days.

• How do I know the shipping cost?

When you order a box version, the shipping costs will be shown under your shopping cart. Click [Display shipping costs] to check the cost.

• Why do I need to have a member account to purchase?

In order to allow users to check their online order record, you need to have a Reallusion member account to place an order. The system will record your purchase in your member account, and it will also auto-register your product.
