I purchased multiple items on the marketplace and only about 1/3 of them were downloaded into CC4.

I tried to click the checkboxes on all the items not downloaded in marketplace then, I clicked:
SMART CONTENT MANAGER / SMART GALLERY DOWNLOAD
For iC 8 | CC 4 | CTA 5 / iC 7 | CC 3
For iC 8 / CC 4 / CTA 5, please open the software and download your newly purchased content directly from the Smart Content Manager inside the software, whereas for iC 7 / CC 3 download directly from the Smart Gallery.

Then I tried
OLD VERSION DOWNLOAD (Install.RLD)
For CT 8 | CTA 4 | iC 6 | CC 2 or below
For older versions of iClone, Character Creator & CTA.

I tried going to the Template tab in CC4, then the drop down, not installed, then refresh, nogo.

I tried this over the course of 2 weeks and still do not see my purchases.

I am frustrated because I was getting some of the items for commissions which I will probably lose.
