What is a subscription? |

Renewing your membership every month can be annoying, not to mention the consequences of forgetting to do so. By subscribing for a membership, your membership will be automatically renewed each month, and you can still unsubscribe anytime you want.

How are "views" calculated? |
| |
One "view" is counted when a widget has been viewed on the published web page and completely downloaded from our servers. For example: after you published a widget to a web page, the web page was viewed 10 times but 4 of the users left the page before the widget was completely downloaded. This will only count as 6 views.

What will happen after my subscription expires? |
| |
1. Your membership will be downgraded to Basic level.
2. If you use more than the allocated disk space for Basic members, excess widgets will be removed 30 days after the expiration date (largest ones first until your allocated disk space is met).
3. Your existing "additional views" will be kept until they are used up.

What will happen if I use up all available views? |
| |
A text message will be displayed instead of your widgets until your free monthly views are reset or additional views are purchased.

How do I choose the best package for me? |

* If you think your current subscription does not meet your regular requirements, you can upgrade your membership to a higher level (more available space and more additional views per month).
* If you are satisfied wth your current subscription but occasionally need more views, you can simply purchase additional views. Additional views never expire and will only be used after you run out of your free monthly views. |
