How is the number calculated in the "total
views"? |
| |
One view” is counted when a widget has been
viewed on the published web page and completely downloaded. For
example, after you published a widget to a web page, the web page
was viewed 10 times and 4 of the users left the page before the
widget was completed downloaded. Thus the widget was counted 6 streams
in total views.

Can I publish a widget to more than one site? |
| |
Sure. You have two methods to publish one widget to more than one site:
1. Go to “the Manage Widgets” page. Select the widget
you want to publish and click “"Publish and Share".
By doing so, the widget will be exactly the same on all the web
pages. If you replace the widget, the widget on all the web pages
will be updated.
2. If you want the widgets to look the same but manage them separately,
you can go to the "Update or Publish"” page. Select
the widget you want to publish and click the“Upload”
button. By doing so, the new widget will be uploaded and you can
see two widgets in your“Manage Widgets” page. * Note:
you can also change the "Project Name"” from the
Edit” page to give each widget a unique name so that you can
easily manage widgets on different web pages.

| 3. |
What are the differences between the File Name and Project Name? |
| |
A File Name refers to the name of the file saved
on your computer, and a Project Name can be used to manage your
published widgets. For example, you have created a banner and want
to track its performance on different web sites. You can simply
create one file (e.g. banner.wgf) and use different project names
to distinguish the places you publish (e.g. Yahoo banner,
Google banner, etc).

What is "iWidget Video"? |
| |
iWidget video is a video format from Reallusion products
(iClone 3.1 and the next version of CrazyTalk). You can export a video
clip with a transparent background from Reallusion products and then
import it to your widget. If you do not have iClone 3.1, please download it here.

When I import a flash (*swf) file into WidgetMe its proportion does not align well when I resize the flash. Why? |
| |
.swf files may have animations that WidgetMe cannot control. To make sure your flash file can play correctly in WidgetMe, please follow the steps:
1. In Flash, place an invisible rectangle to let Flash recognize the project boundary.
2. Try not to use effects such as fade in/out or mouse detection outside of the boundary.
|
| 10. |
Why is the .swf file playback speed different
from being played in Flash? |
| |
You can change the “frame rate” setting
either in Flash or WidgetMe to keep the playback speed normal. For
example, if your .swf is using 30” frame rate, you can change
the default widget frame rate from“12” to “30”.
