- In order to get a video with the clean background, you are suggested to shoot your model or product on the green or blue screen (or paper with single color). To get the cleanest background, the biggest challenge is even lighting and the avoidance of shadow, because it is best to have as narrow a color range as possible being replaced.

- Chroma key is a technique for mixing two images or frames together, in which a color from one image is removed (or made transparent). Your first step to create it is to place your source clip on the timeline of any video editor. Then, drag the Chroma Key effect onto the event. In this step, you will need to create a mask file (purely black and white) from your source file.

- Now, open your popVideo Converter and import your source and mask files to the converter. And you can export a popVideo in iWidget format. Please note that this output (popVideo) can only be used in WidgetCast for live publish since it's designed as Flash media.
