Registration

1) I have created a member account, but I can't login.

After filling out the Reallusion Member Application Form, you will receive a confirmation email which includes a member activation link. You can just click that link to activate your member account. Please be aware to check whether the link is cut off to the next line otherwise the activation could fail.

If you do not receive the confirmation email, please check out if it gets filtered out to your SPAM mail.

2) How to become a Premium member?

You can follow the steps at below page to register your product in order to become our premium member:

3) How to download the bonus packs?

If you have been our premium member, please follow the steps at below page to find out the bonus download:

4) Why can't I register the content pack which without the serial number?

Now Reallusion register mechanism only provide to register the product which has the serial number. As for the content pack which without the serial number, if you lost them, please just contact us and provide the transaction information that we will re-send to you.

5) How to register my iClone/ CrazyTalk Messenger/ FaceFilter SE version?

As for serial number, you can click "?" and select About XXX" to find it! Please be aware that the serial number contains no letter "I" and "O.


6) How to find my register product?

After finishing product register, you can see your product under Registration & Upgrade tab.


7) Why does my order history only show the data which order after Aug. 2008?

In order to let user can check their order information, Reallusion integrates member data with order on Aug. 2008. So user will see their order history in their member since Aug. 2008.
