10) Registering your software

There are many benefits to registering your Reallusion product. When you register you are able to access bonus downloads, re-download your purchase, receive lost serial numbers, product upgrades and special offers.

11) Upgrade Policy

When you purchase a Reallusion product you will get all minor upgrades and patches for free. Minor upgrades are updates of which the first version number has not changed. For example if you purchase CrazyTalk 1.x, you can upgrade to any other version 1.x free of charge.

Major upgrades are indicated by a change in the first version number. So an upgrade from 1.x to 2.0 is a major upgrade. Major upgrades usually have a significant amount of improvements and new features. Therefore, you will likely have to pay an upgrade fee if you want to take advantage of a major update.

Customers are entitled to a free upgrade when a Major update is released within 30 days of purchase.

Customers wishing to upgrade from one version to the next (ie: v1.x to 2.x) may do so at special prices. Click here or login to your premium member page to view upgrade options and pricing.

12) Return Policy

If you wish to request a refund for your downloadable software purchase, you must complete and return via fax a completed and signed copy of the Letter of Destruction to +1-408-972-0832

The LOD is a declaration that you have destroyed all downloaded files, serials numbers and that they have not been copied or saved in any other way. Your refund request may take up to 72 hours to be processed. The refund will be issued once we have reviewed your request and sent our approval of the refund to our e-commerce vendor. The refund will only be credited to the credit card charged during the original transaction. We will contact you by email to confirm the refund has been completed.
