7) Is it safe to purchase
online ?
Your order is secure because we work with WorldPay Inc.
to provide our secure on-line transaction processing. They
use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology on
every transaction that they process. SSL encrypts the transmissions
from both WorldPay's server as well as your computer. Put
simply, the transmission from our server forms a matched
pair with the transmission from your computer, so that only
data to and from these sources can be valid. If you are
using Netscape 1.0 or later or Microsoft Internet Explorer
1.0 or later as your web browser, your transactions are
fully encrypted and secure when you buy through WorldPay.
You'll know that it is secure when you see a full yellow
key in a blue box in the lower left-hand corner of your
Netscape browser. If you use Explorer, you'll see a full
"lock" in the status bar. If you use another type of browser,
you'll still be able to place an "un-secure" order if you
wish.
8) What payment options
do I have ?
We accept payment via creditcard including: Visa, Mastercard,
Eurocard, Visa Debit, Switch, Solo, Delta and JCB. Additionally,
we can accept check or wire transfer.
9) Help, I can't
purchase from your site
You should be able to see "add to cart" buttons
for each product in our store. They are embedded some code
to check where our users from, it might be filtered by some
anti-AD or firewall software- such as ZoneAlarm. If you can't
see the button, please try to set them to default setting,
or turn off and refresh the page, you should be able to see
them.
