1) Why can't I download the program?
For any download issue, we suggest you set your internet security settings to the default "medium" and try again. If you have any security program (such as firewall, antivirus, fishing filter, toolbar's blocker, rounter...etc) installed in your system which may block the download, please turn it off temporarily until the program is downloaded and installed.
2) Why does the download stop with a "time out" message?
For this download issue, it may be caused by any of the following reasons:
1) The network stability
2) Using Wireless
3) Bandwidth
4) Server busy...etc
We suggest that you can use a Continue Transfer Software (such as Flashget, GetRight...etc) to download the program. It can increase the download speed and stability.
3) How can I re-download the program if I lost the installer?
You can login your member to re-download the program.
