During installation I am asked for a product serial number, I don't have one
You do not require a product serial number to run the trial version of our software. When installing any Reallusion products if you enter the words 'trial version' as the serial number and the software will install with some features restricted. If you wish to later upgrade and un-lock any restricted features you simply are required to enter a valid product serial number which you will receive if you purchase via our online store. During installation "error: RPC.STUB incompatible, install will now terminate"
This appears to be a common problem caused by Microsoft releasing a new dll that is not compatible with Win98. Some developers have made an installer which includes this dll, thereby destroying your system. Here is a fix:

Download: http://download.microsoft.com/download/msninvestor/Patch/1.0/WIN98/EN-US/mcrepair.EXE

Then run it, and when it prompts you to overwrite newer files, make sure you click YES for each file (not "No" or "No to all"). This will replace all of the 3.50 DLLs from XP with older versions compatible with Windows 98 (2.40.4515).

This patch works for Win98 users.

Do I need to download again after purchase ?
Yes, the trial version only contains the free trial templates. Upon purchase you will be provided with a URL to download.

How do i apply a template to a new PowerPoint presentation ?
Select New to open a new PowerPoint presentation file, then from the FileMenu select Format > Apply Template. Browse the templates available, highlight the template you wish to use and then click OK.

How do i apply a template to an existing PowerPoint presentation ?
Open the PowerPoint presenation you wish to apply the template to. From the FileMenu select Format > Apply Template. Browse the templates available, highlight the template you wish to use and then click OK.
