Definition of iContent with Export License
For iContent to be exported to other 3D tools in FBX or BVH format,
it must first have an Export License.
If you wish to search for items/packs that have an Export License, then you may click on the
Go to 3DXPortal button in the tool bar to direct you to the
3DXportal Store page
where you will find content with Export Licenses.
-
To export iContent (iClone 3D Content) and use it in other 3D software, (eg. Maya, Max, MotionBuilder, Lightwave, DAZ, etc.),
or 3D game engine (Unity, Unreal, Torque, etc), you need to purchase the Export License.
-
After purchasing the Export License, you can export your character to FBX (character and/or motions)
or BVH format (motions only); for static objects, you can export to OBJ or FBX formats.
-
The price for Export License also contains the iContent download and use right.
If you already own the iContent license, the system will deduct the iContent cost from your total in the payment confirmation page when you pay for the Export License.
-
The Export License covers the cost of commercial use of the rendered images or video.
