Though 3DXchange converts your 3D models into props, your favorite avatars can also be converted into props in iClone project.

Drag and drop a character in the format described above into 3DXchange.
In the main menu, choose File/Export OBJ....
Name the new OBJ file and select the target folder for storing it.
Click the OK button to export the avatar as an OBJ file.
Load the OBJ file back to 3DXchange.
Export (Ctrl + E) it as a prop (.iProp).
Load the new prop into iClone. Now your favorite character turns to be a static prop.
Note:
This pipeline applies to all kinds of character in iClone, including Standard Character, Non-standard Character and Non-human Character.
You may also modify the material of a selected mesh node before convert the model into an avatar. Please refer to Material Section for more information.
