Creating an Actor

Switch the Content Manager to Actor >> 01_Model, then drag and drop a desired template from the library. Click the Play | Pause (Shortcut: Spacebar) button on the playbar to view the actor in default idle motion.

To create a talking model with a live image, first feed an image to the CrazyTalk Wizard.

1. Click the Create New Actor button on the tool bar, then click the Import Image button to load a desired image. You may optionally click the Camera button to obtain an image from the web camera.
   
2. Drag and drop a desired image into the working area.
   
3. The CrazyTalk Wizard auto-starts and directs you to finish the following details step by step.
   • Decide the face area
   • Locate the eyes and mouth
   • Face Fitting
   • Face Orientation

Note:

Make sure that your actor face in the image is looking straight, not head-tilted or wearing glasses. A full face with mouth closed as well as clean hair outlines will give better animation results in CrazyTalk.
