I have problems sending the CrazyCard or recipients
receive no email, no file attachment or many single
file attachments.
Some mail servers do not support the .mht mail
format. In these cases recipients will either
not receive the CrazyCard at all, without the
attached content files or with all the content
files attached as individual files. When receiving
a CrazyCard like this it will be unreadable by
the recipient. To overcome this problem use the
'Package' button and then zip the .mht file created
with CrazyTalk prior to sending using a tool like
WinZip. Once this compressed .cab file has been
created you can attach it in the same way you
would attach any other file.

Exporting HTML works on my Desktop, but the screen
is blank after FTPing to my website.
The most likely problem is the data files (.CTS
& .CTM) are not present on your web site,
either you have not uploaded these to your web
site of they are in the incorrect directory. CrazyTalk
uses 2 data files during playback these are a
.CTM Talking Image file (your character) and a
.CTS Talking Message file (your speech). When
you created your HTML page copies of these 2 files
would have been saved in the same directory as
the generated HTML file.

Mobile page can output .3gp file, but how can
I play .3gp file on PC?
CrazyTalk can export standard Mpeg4 file
(.3gp), you can using blue teeth to send the file
to your 3G Mobile phone to view and share. If
you want to see the result on PC, you can use
QuickTime, Real and all other 3GP PC player to
play back.

My friend cannot see the CrazyTalk messenger which
I sent. How should they do to see it if they don't
install CrazyTalk?
If it is their first time seeing the CrazyTalk
messenger and they don't install CrazyTalk program,
when they open the file, they will see a popup
message. Press "OK" will download the
player form Reallusion.com. They only need to
do it once, then they can see your messenger after.

How to put my CrazyTalk output file on the website?
Follow the steps here to put your CrazyTalk output
file on the website:
1) Select a Model and Script.
2) Click "Save as Htm" on the lower
right corner.
3) You will get .htm, .cts, .ctm files.
4) Upload all of them to your website together.
5) Done.
* Please check if your server can access .ctm
and .cts. If the server can't read .ctm and .cts,
contact your web manager.
