Move, Rotate & Scale not working correctly when Edit Mesh selected
Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch Character Creator 1.52.2204.1
2. Load any character project
3. Select any clothing/skin object
4. In Edit tab select Edit Mesh Mode and then select an area of mesh to edit.
5. Select Move, Rotate or Scale tool to make adjustments to the selected area of mesh.

Actual result:
No Gizmo is visible to complete the desired action.

Expected result:
Gizmo available to complete desired action.

Further testing:

(A). With a mesh area selected and either the Move, Rotate or Scale tool selected click anywhere inside the selected area. The selected tool Gizmo is now visible and active on only the mesh triangle that was selected, however this area can be extended by dragging the mouse over a larger area with the tool still active.

Deselect the mesh area by clicking anywhere outside it.

Select a new mesh area and then select any tool EXCEPT the tool used in step (A) above.

Actual result:
The Gizmo for the last selected tool is active.

Expected result:
The Gizmo for the newly selected tool should be active.
