Conform...
The HIDE INNER MESH option is exactly what is needed, but it doesn't work.

Either it is broken completely, or it doesn't work in this situation, but in either case the concept is great, it just needs fixing and/or improvement.

Using a standard character with a standard dress (not custom-made, both from Reallusion), the default offset is way too large, and "conforming" the cloth gives great-looking results, but only in the T-Pose.

When the arms go down, skin shows through the cloth. No amount of "subdivision" or "iterations" seems to help.

Here is a thread in the iClone Character Creator forum with more details and pictures:
http://forum.reallusion.com/FindPost282699.aspx

I can provide detailed step-by-step instructions to duplicate this, if needed.

P.S.
For the white dress, it's almost like the dress is off-center. After conforming, there is a gap on her left, and show-through on her right, as if the dress shifted to the left. I'll let you figure out the details.

Dear Admin,

You made me nervous, thinking it would be hard for me to duplicate. Fortunately (or unfortunately) I was able to reproduce it on my first try.

1) Load "Base Female"
2) Apply clothing Full-body "Dress_A" (so far, so good)
3) Conform the clothing, using "close" settings (not excessive in my opinion)
     > Iteration = 1
     > Subdivision Level = 2
     > Margin = 0.10 (that was the default)
     > Close-fitting = 3
     > Smooth = 1
     > Leave "Increase Size" = 0.00
Calculate Collision (so far, so good)
4) Calibrate
     > Pose 01... Left side of body good, right breast near armpit shows through

Other values (Iteration = 1, Close-fitting=1, etc.) can also show the problem.
Other poses, like 07, also show the problem.

Actually, I'd like to see good values that:
     a) Put the straps close to the shoulders, and
     b) Do not have skin showing through the dress.
If you know of any, please share.

P.S.
Oh, I cannot attach additional pictures when adding comments, only when authoring the original post.
Hopefully the instructions are clear, the pictures merely showed the steps I described verbally, above.

Hi justaviking,

In order for us to fix the issue, we need to be able to reproduce it. For this we need a precise description of what you did so that we can clearly follow your actions and recreate the same situation.

Here is an example to help you get started:

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Click the product’s icon on the Desktop or Start Menu
2. Wait for it to launch
3. Navigate to Content Manage > Project
4. Select a random project and click on “Apply”
5. See whether that project can successfully be applied

ACTUAL RESULTS
The project can’t be applied

EXPECTED RESULTS
The project can be applied

I added my vote as this is indeed a problem I've run into as well. To add to that, things may look good in Character Creator, even when using the various calibration poses, but are off in iClone.
