A New Customer Support System is at Your Service!

Reallusion has launched a new online support system. This service is designed to provide you with better and more sufficient support with the following features:

Ask our support team by using the form below.
In-time customer service: our support staff will receive your online questions and response to you within 24 to 48 hours during working days.
Upon submitting the question, you will be emailed a confirmation email with tracking id, and later a notice we have answered to your question. Emails from us may be blocked as 'spam', so please do check your inbox or return here to check your question history if you do not get the initial confirmation email.
If you do not receive an emailed response within 48 hours, please use the Support History page to check for a response.
Whenever possible, please zip file attachments with the screen capture of the error message, Direct X information (txt file) or any file related to the questions.
If you have any questions related to your purchased product delivery status on Reallusion online store, please visit Element 5 Customer Care Center to get the most updated information.
